Dear @Khaled Khalil,
Kindly assign a DEV resource to investigate and resolve the following issues observed in ACE Web:
1- Column Drag-and-Drop Functionality
• The ability to drag columns horizontally (left-to-right or right-to-left) is not available in ACE Web reports.
• This functionality is available in Swing NEP and is required for better report navigation and customization.
2- Template Management Features Missing
The following template-related options are not available in ACE Web reports, although they are available in Swing NEP:
• Save Template
• Save As Template
• Set as Default
• Group Column
• Delete Template
• Share Template
• Schedule Template
• More Options

3. Filter Dropdown Value Selection
• In Swing NEP, users can click on a filter and view all available values in a dropdown list at once.
• In ACE Web, users can only search for a specific value, and the dropdown listing of all available values is not provided.
4- Missing Report Features
• The features highlighted in the attached screenshot are not available in ACE Web.
• Kindly review and implement the missing functionalities.
5. Navigation Issue During Internal Errors
• When a report fails to open and displays an Internal Error message, the browser Back/Escape navigation does not work.
• As a workaround, we are doing manually edit the UCMDB URL in the browser to continue working, which is time-consuming.
• Proper navigation or error recovery functionality should be implemented in such scenarios.
Kindly review the above issues and provide the necessary fixes to align ACE Web functionality with Swing NEP.

Could you please assign a NEP DEV resource to investigate the following issue? We have identified discrepancies in the data counts between Swing NEP and ACE Web reports. The data counts should be consistent across both platforms; however, the following mismatches have been observed: 1- Radio Antenna Report The data count in ACE Web is higher than in Swing NEP. 2- Interface Report (Physical Configuration) Data is displayed in Swing NEP but appears blank in the ACE report. 3- Inventory Report The data count in Swing NEP is lower than in ACE Web. 4- Board Occupancy (Physical Configuration) The data count in ACE Web is higher than in Swing NEP. 5- Site Component Report The data count in ACE Web is lower than in Swing NEP. 6- VLAN Report The data count in ACE Web is lower than in Swing NEP. 7- IP Data Report The data count in ACE Web is lower than in Swing NEP. 8- Additional Information Report The data count in ACE Web is higher than in Swing NEP.
