      Description

The Alarm Detection System is an advanced machine learning solution designed to distinguish between *Relevant* and *Irrelevant* alarms in network elements. This system provides real-time alarm classification, helping network operators focus on critical issues and reduce noise from non-essential alerts.

        TODO :

        • Try another processing method for labelling the alarms as relevant or irrelevant by counting the last alarm occurred for each network element, and if it is higher than a certain threshold in a certain time window, label it as irrelevant (definition of transient alarms)

(The current technique used is by the fixing a clearance duration and if the alarms are not cleared before this specific threshold, the alarm are labeled as irrelevant)
