-getIdenticalPreconnect/saveOrUpdatePreconnect in preconnectService
-there are three functions related to import that should be implemented later by the UCMDB team. These functions are currently annotated with @ToBeImplemented: (importMdfs / importMdfPhysicalConfiguration/importOspJumpering)
