Adding groups to user profile is failing

          Description

          When we select and add groups to user profile, it's not working.

          When we try to readd other groups, the previous ones already added are not appearing as already added.

          • Urgent - To be fixed as soon as possible

            ACE-38 and ACE-37 are linked, it seems to be the same issue. I confirm that the groups are added to the user, but these groups are not visible in his profile.
