            I've removed the Technical Documentation menu by removing the

            "addTab(ENTRY_TECHNICALDOCUMENTATION,
            instanceTranslate("nep.user.admin.toolbar.TechnicalDocumentation"),
            this::showFPackagesPage,
            organizeFeatureItem,
            addNewPackage);"

            from the AdminPageToolBar.java.
