          When trying to create a new Copper DF an error message is displayed

            it's fixed
            The issue was related to applying script of the last patch 0.14 to ooredoo database
            I applied it directly on the ooredoo db test and commit.
            please if you also work with mysql data base related to oordoo plateform apply the script attached in the jira
