-fix Category save flow Added ID initialization for new InvPassiveCategory before save & Ensured vertexCategory is set before processing/saving
-Updated InvPassiveCategory to improve transient object binding for category and passive element status
-Prevented manual reassignment when binder already manages values
-Improved delete flow: delete from DB only if attribute already exists & always remove from in-memory list &refresh grid from local list
-Removed unnecessary re-fetch of edited element in getElementPropertiesLayout()
