            How to test:

            Open SRD UI -> navigate to the target request (http://10.172.20.206:8285/NEP_SRD_UI/request/0002)
            Note the current Request Type field value
            Build the serviceName parameter as:

            {CR Number}

            _

            {Service}

            From screenshot: 1319442_MPLS
            Send the SOAP request with one of the valid serviceStatus values below
            Refresh the request page in the UI
            Confirm Request Type field has changed accordingly

            Valid serviceStatus values:
            AVAILABLE
            PARTIALLY_AVAILABLE
            UNAVAILABLE
            COMPLEX

            Sample request:

            <requestId>0002</requestId>
            <serviceName>1319442_MPLS</serviceName>
