Dear Khaled Khalil,
Could you please assign a NEP DEV resource to check & fix the below described issue:
This JIRA should be dedicated to addressing the following issues:
(I) All shelves are visible; however, they cannot be opened or edited (Like BBU3900/BBU3910/BBU5900, these shelf are available but can be opened or edited).
(II) No boards are visible in NEP (verified with sample cases). It appears that board information across all domains is currently missing, as shown in the attached snippet.
