          Description

          kindly note that under tasks latest report in SRD,
          we will find the pending tasks / team,
          but we are seeing pending tasks assigned to TAS team but the request is completed,
          Please to solve this bug.

            Dear Salem,

            Issue Fixed from DB. Kindly check and confirm.
            Also, find attached the process to be uploaded on staging and prod (this is a missing process related to the SLA Report).

            We excluded the CUSTOM_TASK from last activity report and it is working fine now
