Validate site Type parameter while receiving request from AM

          Description

          Concerning the issue I have asked regarding MPLS is coming to SRD without siteType,
          The workaround for adding the parameter in the API is done,

          But the customer is asking if we can add to the flow,
          If this parameter is missing, the AM can’t send the request to SRD till adding this parameter ( by notifying him by a message),

            SRD will now reject all requests where siteType is absent from the request body. In such cases, a specific error message will be returned with code 0026.
            Please upload the attached process that handles this fix.
