          Dear Khaled,
          Please align a resource to resolve the issue below, which occurs when trying to import the attached port CSV on Kuwait test platform

            Dears,

            After exploring server logs, we found this exception:

            However, this was caused by a bug in the implemented logic, but now it is fixed.
            Patch is needed: 3.7.1.697
