Description
It is observed that, same IP is available in NEP IP data. One of them is free and another one is with NE. SS is attached for your reference.
And it is found that, same IP is populated in NEP multiple times also.
SS attached.
So please check to remove all the Ips without Object ID from NEP.

The duplicate entries in IPdata have been addressed on .180. I applied the scripts to remove all entries that have a nodeID Null.

Some ipdata still shown with empty nodeid in the ip data report,So after rechecking I found that the issue was caused by an incorrect node ID.
The problematic entry has been deleted.
