As checked in morning and found nep down, could you please check below error message and i will attach full log in mail and suggest.

Troubleshooting for Active XML related issue and check the log, found fatal error then involve to L3 for check the issue and shared required details.
we did not use the script , we have stopped IP dumps with logical details with .info extension as they are not needed and used anymore on KW platform
