Checked the log for XML generation issue and based on it ask customer to restart the nep to stop the XML generation started process then observe tomorrow.

Checked the log and found import didn't finish after restart the nep, so now have to upgrade the patch, waiting from cybermak team for confirmation, also join call with them to discuss ongoing task, also got approval late for apply patch, so applied patch from .645 to .687 late night.

Checked the log for status of XML generation and found different error, so initiate to L3 and waiting for feedback from them and also applied patch from .688 to .692.
Also troubleshoot with L3 and execute script which shared by L3 and restart nep & start XML generation along with import manual and shared required XML to L3.

Login into Zain JD and check XML generation and import status, also raised email to cybermak to confirm the same
