Description
During the completion of any user task, FN currently executes an SQL query on the Flowable database to retrieve the task ID based on the woNo. This query can take from 2 seconds to more than 20 seconds to return the corresponding ID, which impacts performance.
To enhance this, we will leverage the two listeners associated with our human tasks (Create and Complete), which represent the two lifecycle events of each task. With this approach, the processing time is expected to be reduced to a maximum of 500 ms.
I have implemented this solution on the FN Cloud version to address the performance issue related to this subject. Once testing is completed successfully, the fix will be applied to SRD Cloud, FN, and the SRD Main Trunk.
