Physical Report Is Opening With "Null"

          Dear @Khaled Khalil,

          Could you please assign a NEP-DEV resource to check & fix below issue on immediate basis:

          XML File: 2026-03-09-02.21.53_Ooredoo
          Import Date: 10-03-2026
          Server logs: Integration will share here

          1- While I am going to open any physical report like inventory/cabinet/shelf/board it is showing “null report”.

          SS attached.

          @Basant Kumar please share server logs from .102 of today date.

            Dear @Marwan Kanaan,

            After deploying the provided NEP patch, the report opened correctly.

            However, when I checked the catalogue layout for some nodes, I noticed that all ports were not appearing on the boards that were added within the last 2–3 days. I assumed that the XML might need to be reimported after deploying the latest NEP patch, so I proceeded to reimport the same XML file.

            After the XML import was completed, I observed that the same issue still persists.

            Due to this issue, the layout is appearing blank.

            Kindly note that the issue is still not reproducible from my side, even after testing across all versions to verify whether there is any bad data.
            However, I have added additional validation and handling, and the fix will be available in Patch: 3.7.0.1336.

            The server logs have been attached to the JIRA ticket. Kindly review them from your side and let me know your findings.
