Dear @Bassem Sabbagh,

As per our discussion, we have identified an issue with three nodes in the Huawei case. Specifically, there are duplicate entries for NEName="ARR0519-P1-HUB_SRAN-FON" with different NEType values in the dump. This results in the first entry being parsed correctly, while the second one is ignored in the XML. Note that all physical data for both nodes is identical.
