Description
Dear @Sandya Sharma,
As discussed, please check the below-mentioned issues in the NE License in some cases, which were correctly parsed in the earlier XML but are now incorrect:
1- Expiration Date:
The expiration date is coming incorrectly and needs to be fixed.
We need to parse it from the attribute “Expiration Date” as per the rule.
For permanent licenses, we need to set a special value like “99999” or, if a date format is required, use “31-12-2099” by default. Please confirm which approach should be followed.
2- Usage Column:
The value 2020 is appearing incorrectly in the Usage column, which needs to be corrected.

Taken follow up with @Integration that given patch has been deployed on production or not?
and finally when they applied it on production requested to them to generate Huawei RAN xml including license and share to me for cross validation that XML is generating correct or not on production?
regarding this @INtegration want some clarification from @AI DEV so taken a call with @Sandya to solve this.
