@Sandya, As discussed, please consider below comment & resolved the same.
Network Element Report
1- "manufacturerName" & "objectId" is missing in XML NetworkElement Report.
2- For site id need to ignore data after special charactor.
Ex: MAK4-1#OCS--> MAK4
NodeCabinets
1-nodeId is missing in nodecabinet report
Nodeboard & Nodeinterface data not parsed as per FRS.
