after discuss with driss sir , added more logs and found in that showing file doesn't exist while file is present on server showing in the path .
will discuss this to driss sir when he available and will do the next step to resolve this.

file is parsing now , telco will confirm about it on next xml generation.

Hi abhinav ,
Kindly share the static folder from the server.
Remove the sites folder from there because we are not using any sites folder in 3.x .
After remove generate one xml and share it to me.
