          All identified issues have been raised to the customer. For the remaining data, everything has been verified and is correct in the dump/XML/NEP.

          We can proceed to close this now.

          Huawei_LIC XML Validation Remarks:

          1. LIC Parsing Issue: LIC data for BSC and RNC nodes is not parsing into “nelicense.” ( @Sandya SharmaPlease check & share updated XML ) Reference JIRA (ZKU-128)(Closed)

          2. 2133 nodes are available in npsranbss but missing in nelicense as these are also not available in LIC dump (Need to check with customer) Reference JIRA (ZKU-129)(On Hold with customer)
