fetching bgp routing protocol of the according edited router.
fetching all bgp families related to that protocol.
fetching all peers related to bgp protocol and/or bgp families.
generic edit form to handle the different types of peers (an interface called BGPPeerLike was created to help because all the peers share almost the same primary fields).
saving and deleting peers is done.
