| Description |

In our local UA Module, the events are not displayed according to the searsh crieria selected. In the attached use case, I selected may name as user, getting all other users I also selected CRETE_USER Action, but also getting other actions I filtered the date from 17/11/2020 to 17/11/2025, but I'm also getting events in 2018 and 2019. |

It seems that the problem doesn't manifest itself in the same way on our local UA compared to the UA on the Omantel platform. As reported by Bassem in Omantel Platform, on .84, it keeps loading without providing any data when clicking on Event. |

Hi Khaled, Please reassign the ticket below to Dev team. http://jira.mobinets.com/jira/browse/ACE-328?filter=-2 The issue has been tested with Omantel, everything is working, but we noted that Omantel users Logs are retrieved and shown whereas External users (tested with my VPN ID 3P00625) are not shown. Maybe the issue is an integration issue as this is related to external users only. In other words, my user ID is NOT available in user admin module at all and I have access to FN to execute operations but I'm able to execute actions without having them logged in event log. Thank you Mbaye |
