missing attribute NODEINTERFACE2TYPE in the UCMDB_TRANSMISSIONLINK_VW database view. fixed,

1) fixed internal link routing issue
2) fixed its filtering so it fetches trlinks on same site
3) added updated script for UCMDB_BOARD_TYPE_PORT_VW
