The naming rules menu is not displayed.

There was an exception while trying to navigate to 'settings/equipment-preferences/naming-rules' with the exception message 'could not extract ResultSet; SQL [n/a]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.SQLGrammarException: could not extract ResultSet'

The commits related to UCMDB_MULTITECHNOLOGYACCESS_TYPE_VW (4.0.0.9), UCMDB_COREELEMENT_TYPE_VW (4.0.0.9), UCMDB_ONT_TYPE_VW (patch 4.0.0.0), and UCMDB_MDFTYPE_VW (patch 4.0.0.12) were not applied correctly. I fixed the issue, reapplied the changes, verified that everything is working properly, and committed the fixes in version 4.0.0.15.
