 Description   

ACE, Unable to delete node, systems give message that node is deleted but without any effect.
Inventory>Transport Network>Microwave>IDU>MW-IDU

There is same issue for FDF as well
Inventory>Outside Plant (OSP)>Distribution Frame>Fiber Distribution Frame (ODP, AP, FTP)

Issue Fixed in patch 4.0.0.16. Patch deployment is needed.
