we cant reserve trail for a subscriber does not have service type, for better message we added general.exception.missing.input in translation config file +
for normal cases we noticed that there is performance issue when reserve trail from UI : fixing it by using the new method checkNewActivationFiberFeasibility in ServiceTrailService instead of using old method in FiberConnectivety Manager class.
