ACE, Deleting a record is not working, the record still available after deleting, only the delete button disappears.

This is not a deletion. This scenario concerns the customer's status. If the customer's status is "ACTIVE," a button appears allowing them to deactivate it. To activate it, you must edit the customer and change their status as shown in the subscripts.
