Optimize UCMDB_TRANSMISSIONLINK_VW performance :

  • Create LIGHT_NODES_MINIMAL_VW (8 cols vs 20, UNION ALL, fewer joins)
  • Replace UCMDB_NODE_BOARD_VW with direct NODEBOARD joins
  • Inline BOARD_CAPTION calculation
  • Performance: >60 s → 1-3s
    fix will be available with version 4.0.0.21
