added the code "button.getStyle().set("color", "var(--lumo-contrast-70pct)");
button.getElement().getThemeList().add("tertiary-inline");"
in the createButtonWithImageAndAction and createButtonWithImage function in the MainMenuBar.java

The fix will be available in patch 4.0.0.8
