undrestand the WMS layer topic, figure out how it was integrated in NEP swing version .
provide ingtegration approach with UCMDB + implementation + testing .

Right-click the map -> "WMS Layer" ->enter a WMS server URL> pick a layer-> "OK" -> tiles render over the Google base map.
-Right-click the map -> "Clear WMS Layers" -> removes all WMS overlays.
Works with any WMS server that returns valid `GetCapabilities` XML (via regex extraction, tolerates malformed HTML embedded in metadata).
