Users are receiving a “User already authenticated” error while logging into NEP via ADFS. There is no mechanism available to terminate existing sessions. Due to this, users are unable to login until the previous session is cleared automatically. Steps to Reproduce: Login to NEP via ADFS Actual Result: Error: “User already authenticated” Expected Result: Either allow login with session override Impact: Users are blocked from accessing the application |
