It is found that the RAN logical Interfaces are not created in NEP for CoreElement.

The related Information are available in addinfo & the IPs are also available for the NEP.

Dear @Aurobinda Panda,

After exploring server logs, there was a null pointer exception preventing the creation of RAN logical interfaces. However, it is handled now.
Patch is needed: 3.7.0.1329
