As confirmed with @Hassan Abdine, we can update the vendor for the following tables for now and ignore the others:

1. Role2G
2. Role4G
3. Radio Antenna Report

Kindly coordinate with the NEP DEV team to review and fix this on a priority basis.

Kindly note that the vendor column has now been added to the requested reports.
Additionally, the duplicated column in the SRAN-BS report has been removed.
These updates are included in Patch NB: 3.7.0.1400.
