@Ahad , I checked 4-5 cases where i found these ip's are configured on vlan or ethernet trunks.

In summary :- the two conflicting IP address are in different VRF/VPN-instances so this should not be an issue.

identical IP address can be imported into NEP if they have different VRF or VPN-instance.
For Example : IP address 10.229.0.153 configured with VRF nbo2_vpn and IP address 10.229.0.153 configured with VRF 3G-VPN
Thus, IP addresses on Router and RAN both should be imported in NEP as they have associated with different VRF.
