this ticket is fixed with LS-533 now board reports are opening correctly.

Kindly, after applying the patch 3.7.0.1332 and re-importing the data for ticket LS-533 (XML Imported But Data Is Not Updated In NEP & Error Report Generated_Nokia), please check if the board report opens successfully and contains data or if the issue still persists.

Dear @Nouha Mhadhbi,

After latest patch (3.7.0.1333) deployed on .102 I have imported the xml 2025-07-21-05.25.57_OoredooTunisia.xml.

And now board reports are opening correctly,
