customer is requesting to display the value of the tag <serviceType>ROUTE_CHECK</serviceType> in SRD UI,
other values: ( check the comment ).
we have to add this filed in 2 pages:
1- Request Management ( check SC1)
2- Requests Report as new columns ( check SC2 )

The Service Type is now displayed in both the Request Management and Requests Report views.
This CR will be included in Patch [3.7.0.1332].
FN system restart will be required.
New process need to be imported : SRD_REQUEST_VALIDATION_AND_CREATION (attached).
