Could you please assign a NEP DEV resource to investigate the issue described below?

• XML File: 2025-10-03-10.37.53_Ooredoo (attached on JIRA)
• Import Date: 06-10-2025
• Platform: .102
• Server Logs: Attached on JIRA

Issue Description:

4G cells are not being imported into NEP, although the required data is available in the XML file.

For example, this issue has been observed on node LNBTS-515801.

kindly apply the latest patch as the issue is resolved with LS-704 and LS-706

Dear @Marwan Kanaan,

As you suggested, after deployed the latest patch I reimported the same XML and found the same error.

Server logs are attached on same JIRA.

Dear @Indrasan Yadav,

It’s quite clear that the model type should be checked in such cases to verify whether it supports TDD. After reviewing the catalog, I found the TDD flag for model SRAN NSN set to “false,” corrected it, and reimported successfully without any issue.

Now, issue is closed after fixing the issue & re-importied the same XML.
