Please find below our response and clarifications for each point, as per the slides:

Note : All the enhancements we are requesting will greatly help us contain faults without any delays and help us to avoid errors when accessing the systems.

Slide 3 : Add new Colum for Region_ It will be easy when export data and filter it by region.
Slide 4 : Add new Process ( Switching Voice Release Resources) It will be easy when we want to delate voice resource .
Slide 5 : Add new Process Switching update Voice password_ GPON.
Slide 6 : Add new Process Release ONT _Resources from NE
Slide 7 : Request to Reactivate SW ( voice ) _ This function is returned to Reactive voice only by iLink. Sometimes we are facing fault require to change port or cutover from IMS to NGN or opposite.
Slide 8 : Request to Reactivate SW ( Data ) . this function helps us we have PON faulty and require Reconfiguring ONT one by one _ manually .
Slide 9 : Request to Reactivate SW ( V&D ) This function is comping to Reconfigure for both V&D.

I have successfully added the Region column to the Order Management table (item 1).
kindly proceed with releasing patch 3.7.0.1384.
Note: This release requires refreshing the FN server.

Slide 4 : In the solution that deletes an existing trail reserved for a specific subscriber, the flow first check whether the subscriber exists in FN , If the subscriber does not exist, the error message "Subscriber does not exist" is displayed, If the subscriber is valid the flow retrieve the required data from FN to generate the request sent to the iLink API based on the subscriber type.

as received from ILiNK team , we need to put below values in existing API when doing Switching Voice Release Resources for NGN or IMS with trigger process

DEVICE_ID = DUMMY this indicates iLink to skip the access node commands.
ORDER_NO is mandatory input in any request to iLink hence you may generate any random number and send it for NEP enhancement related scenarios.
proposed random value: FixedlineNumber + TimeStamp for example:
4500120131032026132259

this is applicable for below scenarios - to be mapped with Slides nb shared by customer
1. Delete Copper voice only either from NGN or IMS
2. Delete GPON voice only either from NGN or IMS
3. Create copper voice only on NGN or IMS
4. Create GPON voice only on NGN or IMS

In addition , we need to create a seperate report in FN GUI to display the requests done by the users for audit purpose - shamim and Ayed to agree on possible fields to be added in solution document and take approval on it.
