Awaiting update

Dear @Indrasan Yadav,

Upon reviewing the implemented logic, we discovered that the cabinet type name “CABINET” is not valid for a cabinet type. This is causing the error:
“Cannot find Cabinet Type for Equipment Model: X for SRanBs: Y.”

To resolve this issue and successfully import these cabinets, please update the cabinet type name to an acceptable value.

The “CABINET” name is coming in the dumps and parsed in XML as is. Can this condition be removed in the code ?

As discussed, I have imported the same XML after you provided the patch, but the error persists. The cabinet appears correctly in the Cabinet Report and Inventory Report, but the same shelf is still not showing in the Shelf Report and Inventory Report. As a result, the related boards are also not appearing.

• Cabinet Report: The cabinet type "CABINET" is appearing as expected.

• Error Report: The same error continues to appear.

• Shelf Report: The shelf type "CABINET" is still not appearing.

After exploring the implemented logic, we have found that the same validation for the cabinet type occurs when importing shelves, which is the reason this error is still occurring on the shelf level.
However, the condition is removed.

Given patch was applied on .14 & UAT both.

XML imported on .14 & now cabinet/shelf type "CABINET" are imported.

we can close this JIRA.
