 Description

Dear @Khaled Khalil,

Could you please assign a NEP DEV resource to investigate the issue described below?

Details:
• XML Files:
 • Huawei RAN: 2025-09-26-05.01.22_Ooredoo (attached on JIRA-Imported 2nd)
 • Nokia RAN: 2025-10-03-10.37.53_Ooredoo (attached on JIRA-Imported 1st)
• Import Date: 24-Oct-2025
• Platform: .102
• Server Logs: I will attach on JIRA, once received from Integration as they are facing some issue on BO machine.

Issue Summary:
During the XML import and validation process, it was observed that six 4G cells are duplicated between the Nokia and Huawei RAN XMLs. However, their parent node ID and node name differ.
Investigation Findings:

• While analysing the Huawei RAN XML in NEP, I found no issues within the XML itself — all 4G cells are importing correctly.
• If the Nokia RAN XML is imported first, all 4G cells appear as expected. However, upon importing the Huawei RAN XML, the same six 4G cells reappear under Huawei RAN and are removed from Nokia RAN.

• Based on my observation, there might be a missing condition related to the parent node ID or node name when the cell name and cell ID are duplicated.
• No relevant errors are logged in the Network Reports Importer.

Kindly review this and assign a developer to check and resolve the issue.

Thank you
Indrasan

Dear @indrasan,

Kindly note that both XML files contain the same Object IDs and names for the six LTE Cells.

As per the code logic, these values should be unique therefore, the six cells are considered identical, which is causing the issue.

Best Regards,
