 Description

Please find attached the list of cells from the KK circle. We noticed that these cells were present in the XML dated 26-01 as well as in the NEP report. However, the latest 4G cell report reflects an insert date of 03-02 for these cells. We need to verify whether the cells were deleted in between and then reinserted with this new insert date.

Cell- KK_E_T1_OM_GLB227C_C

Hi Dear
As checked the cells were deleted due to inventory changes deletion of cell not coming from xml. Also as checked between dates from 25 jan to 2 march the cells are not matching between xmls. please check at your end. Also as requested inventory changes have been reverted from the patch.

released build 3.7.71.570 containing deletion changes.
The issue occurred because some cells failed during the update process due to an error . When this happened, those cells were not marked as successfully processed in the system. Later, during the cleanup step, the system compared existing cells with the processed ones and treated these unmarked cells as missing. As a result, they were considered for deletion and removed.
