Dear Priyasha,
We have encountered this type of error before. In most cases, it was related to a memory issue.
Could you please check with the integration team to resolve it ?

Even after increasing the client memory to 20G , the RB report is still not opening with direct access to KK circle URL which is abnormal and we still need some way to do that
