I am reaching out to request your support in assigning a DEV resource to investigate an issue where specific shelf types are not found within the possible shelves for certain cabinet types, even though the data is available in NEP. Below are the details for your reference:

Environment Details:
• Environment: NEP (.14)
• Imported XML: 2024-11-22-10.34.50_ZainKsa
(The XML will share over the teams as unable to attached to the corresponding JIRA & mail due to size issue.)

Error Types:
1. Shelf Type: DRHX is not found within the possible shelves for Cabinet Type: Virtual Cabinet for SRanBs: XYZ
2. Shelf Type: DCU3900 is not found within the possible shelves for Cabinet Type: Virtual Cabinet for SRanBs: ABC
3. Shelf Type: BBU3900 is not found within the possible shelves for Cabinet Type: BTS5900L for SRanBs: 123
4. Shelf Type: DCU3910 is not found within the possible shelves for Cabinet Type: Virtual Cabinet for SRanBs: 1234
5. Cannot find Shelf Type for Cabinet Type: BTS3900 for SRanBs: KBR0163-WDM

As discussed with you, since im not able to identify when the catalog was updated, please try to import xml again for physical configuration and check since the error "Shelf Type: DRHX is not found within the possible shelves for Cabinet Type: Virtual Cabinet for SRanBs: XYZ" is not occurring while I imported same xml on same schema using same catalog configurations:

Currently, .14 is occupied with the XML import of MW TXN. Once this is completed, the NEP upgrade will be attempted by the Integration team.

After the upgrade, I will proceed with importing the Huawei_RAN XML. Once the import is complete, I will verify and address the issue.

XML import (2024-12-09-09.33.09_ZainKsa) has been started on .14 yesterday night, still it is ongoing.

Once XML import will be done I will check for same.

Now, the issue is solved.

We are now closing this child JIRA as it pertains to an individual issue.

As suggested by @Ahad, all code commit JIRAs will be covered under the parent JIRA.
