There is no mechanism available to terminate existing sessions.</p> <p>Due to this, users are unable to login until the previous session is cleared automatically.</p> <p>Steps to Reproduce:</p> <p>Login to NEP via ADFS<br/> Do not logout properly OR session remains active<br/> Try logging in again</p> <p>Actual Result:</p> <p>Error: “User already authenticated”<br/> No option to kill existing session</p> <p>Expected Result:</p> <p>Either allow login with session override<br/> OR provide option to terminate previous session<br/> OR auto-expire stale sessions</p> <p>Impact:</p> <p>Users are blocked from accessing the application<br/> Work is delayed until session timeout<br/> Frequent user complaints</p> LS-1026
