[LS-672] XML Not Importing

Could you please assign a resource to check below odd behavior on ZainKSA test when trying to import an XML from the NEP client GUI.
The import process starts and ends itself right away without any ERRORS,
As checked from L2 side, there are no memory , disk space issues or system errors that might cause this behavior...
