          as agreed and tested by Shamim, the below APIs are not working on .80,
          API Name Input(Old)
          getWorkOrderSTBCount not working
          hasValidateDevice not working
          releaseRequestResources not working
          reserveIp not working
          updateDeviceStatus not working
          updateOldResourcesStatus not working
          vaproc not working

          Please advise and support.
