          Description

          ACE, When adding neighbor, the popup window to add neighbor doesn’t allow you to add all the attributes also for editing.
          And path not showing the correct location.

              I reviewed the refactored code and NEP, and tested multiple working examples. The behavior matches what already exists in NEP, and no issues were identified. The implementation looks correct and consistent with the expected behavior.
