            Added the function buildParameterMenu() in the horizontal layout in the MainMenuBar class.

            Created a new model, "CatalogDatabaseVersion," and opened its repository and service.

            The patch to be released is 4.0.0.8.

            We don't have any preferences cases in the Catalog Module as in UCMDB project.
